These terms apply when you use the Fro Yoh website, our iOS app, place an online order, or join Fro Yoh Rewards. By using any of them you agree to these terms. “Fro Yoh”, “we” and “us” mean the Fro Yoh frozen yogurt bar at 13/81 O’Connell St, North Adelaide SA 5006.
Using Fro Yoh
You may use our website and app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t misuse them — no interfering with their security, no automated scraping at scale, and nothing unlawful. To place an order or hold a rewards account you should be able to enter into a binding agreement; if you’re under 18, please have a parent or guardian place orders or hold the account on your behalf.
Online orders
Placing an order through this website is a requestto prepare your cup. Your order is confirmed once we accept it in store. Flavours and toppings rotate and can sell out — if we can’t fulfil part of an order we’ll let you know.
- Collection or delivery.Collect your order at 13/81 O’Connell St, or choose delivery where it’s offered (a delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout).
- Nothing is charged online. You pay in store when you collect, or on delivery. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Changes & cancellations. Because payment happens in person, you can change or cancel simply by contacting us before you collect.
Allergens.Everything is made by hand in a kitchen that also handles milk, nuts, soy, gluten and other allergens, so we can’t guarantee any item is free from traces. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check with our team before ordering.
Fro Yoh Rewards
Fro Yoh Rewards is free to join, and one account works across the app and this website. Here’s how it works:
- Welcome bonus. You get +20 points the moment you join.
- Earning points. You earn 1 point for every whole A$1 you spend (rounded down; tips excluded). Points are added when you pay at the counter and show your member QR code — this is processed through our payment provider, Square — and it includes online orders you collect and pay for in store.
- Tiers. Based on your recent purchase activity you move through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Master tiers. Higher tiers earn a small bonus points multiplier (up to 1.2×). Your tier is calculated from your purchase history and can move down as well as up.
- Redeeming.100 points gets you one free regular cup, redeemed at the counter. Points have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and aren’t exchangeable for cash.
- Expiry.Points don’t currently expire. If we ever introduce an expiry, we’ll give you reasonable notice first.
- Fair use. We may correct, withhold or reverse points that are awarded in error, or gained through fraud, refunded purchases or misuse of the program.
We may change the earn rate, rewards, tiers or these rules, or pause or end the program, giving reasonable notice for material changes. Nothing here reduces the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Product images
The flavour and product images on this website and in the Fro Yoh app are stylised, AI-assisted illustrations — serving suggestions, not photographs of the exact cup you’ll receive. Every cup is hand-made in store and will vary. Photos of our North Adelaide store are genuine. (See our Privacy Policy for more.)
Your account
Keep your password secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Let us know if you think it’s been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Danger zone → Delete my account.
Content & intellectual property
The Fro Yoh name, logo, artwork, text and design are ours (or our licensors’). Please don’t copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. You’re welcome to share links to our pages.
Liability & your consumer rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or removes those rights.
Beyond what the law guarantees, we provide this website, the app and the rewards program on an “as is” basis and, to the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where we’re liable for failing to meet a consumer guarantee for the website, app or rewards program and the failure isn’t major, our liability is limited — where the law allows — to re-supplying the affected service or paying the cost of doing so. This limitation does not apply to the food and drink we sell.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to use Fro Yoh after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
