Privacy Policy

Fro Yoh (“we”, “us”) operates the Fro Yoh website and the Fro Yoh iOS app. This policy explains what information we handle and how we use it. We keep it simple because we collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Rewards account (optional). If you join Fro Yoh Rewards, we store your first name, email address, a securely-hashed password, your 6-digit member code and your points balance. One account works across the app and this website.
• Purchases at the counter. When you show your member QR at the register, our payment provider (Square) links that purchase to your member code so points can be awarded automatically. We receive the purchase amount and a payment reference from Square — never your card number.
• Order details. When you place an order we store what you ordered (flavours, sizes, toppings, totals) so the store can prepare it.
• On your device only. Optional extras you add in the app — phone number, birthday month, notification preferences — stay on your device and are never uploaded.

What we don’t do

• No advertising, no ad tracking, and no sale of data to anyone.
• No location tracking.
• No payment card details — payments are processed by Square at the counter; we never see or store your card number.

Where data is stored

Account and order data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) on servers located in Sydney, Australia. Purchase records are held by Square. Everything else lives on your own device and is removed when you delete the app.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app: Profile → Danger zone → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, member code and points from our systems. Deleting the app removes all on-device data. For anything else — including removing past order records — contact us and we will action it.
